Batterful Homemade Recipes


To start, you’ll need the following ingredients:

• 3 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
• 2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
• 1 ½ teaspoons Ground Allspice
• 1 ½ teaspoons Ground Cloves.

Mix the spices together in a small bowl evenly. (They should smell great!) Store the mixture in a clean small jar or spice container to retain the freshness of the spices. Suitable for spiced-flavours cake.

To start, you’ll need the following ingredients:

• 125g Butter (At Room Temp.)
• 450g Cream Cheese (At Room Temp.)
• 400g Icing Sugar
• 1 Tablespoon Milk

In large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Gradually add icing sugar and milk. Beat on high until smooth (30 – 60 seconds).

If icing seems too thin, add confectioners’ sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. If it seems too thick, add more milk 1 teaspoon at a time until icing reaches desired consistency.

To start, you’ll need the following ingredients:

• 250g Butter (At Room Temp.)
• 100g Icing Sugar
• 2 Tablespoon Milk
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract or 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence

In large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer until creamy. (It will turn from yellow to pale/while)

Add in about half the icing sugar and mix well till icing sugar blends with the butter. Then add in the remaining half of the icing sugar and beat till mixture turns more pale.

Add in milk and vanilla extract and beat the mixture until buttercream turns near white.

If icing seems too thin, add confectioners’ sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. If it seems too thick, add more milk 1 teaspoon at a time until icing reaches desired consistency.

• 30g Cocoa Powder
• 10ml Hershey’s Syrup

In large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer until creamy. (It will turn from yellow to pale/while)

Add in about half the icing sugar and mix well till icing sugar blends with the butter. Then add in the remaining half of the icing sugar and beat till mixture turns more pale.

Add in milk and beat the mixture so it becomes more white.

Then add in cocoa powder and hershey’s syrup and beat until the mixture achieve a smooth consistency with a chocolate brown colour finish.

If icing seems too thin, add confectioners’ sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. If it seems too thick, add more milk 1 teaspoon at a time until icing reaches desired consistency.
